Game Installation on Windows 10 PC

Hi,

I am trying to move all my Xbox Play Anywhere Games from my C: Drive (which is an NvMe M.2 SSD) to my larger game drive (D. I've come across an issue with the Xbox windows app in that there is no obvious setting to be able to change game installation location.
This seems extremely stupid because every game service under the sun has this setting, as they should.

Can anybody help me reinstall all my games onto my secondary drive and uninstall from my C: drive?

How can I install Play Anywhere games like GOW4 (Xbox) on my Windows 10 PC?

I buy Gears of War 4 for Xbox. How can I install and play this game on my Windows 10 PC. I cannot find any installation option under Windows... when I visit the store with my xbox profile on pc, I just see a button to buy GOW4 again for Windows 10.

Unable to re-install minecraft windows 10 edition

I had purchased and installed minecraft for windows 10 version on my pc.

Due to some issues with the pc, I had to restore the windows 10 in my pc.

my pc is running but unable to re-install minecraft.

need your urgent help with the same.

Hi,

You should be able to move your Windows Store games to your other drive from within Apps in the Windows settings menus.

Press Win + I to open the Settings panel. Then, click on the Apps Button >

In the Apps and Features Window that is now displayed, scroll down to the game you want to move. In the example below, it's Forza Horizon 3.

Click the Move button and choose which drive you would like to move your game to. My Game is installed on my second drive which is (D But I can move it to C: if I want. The opposite is also possible if were installed to C: originally.

And that's it!

If the game is part of the PlayAnywhere library and is a digital copy then you will be able to install on a Windows 10 PC.

Physical copy of games is not able to be installed on a pc unfortunatly.

As long as the game is a digital download you'll be able to also download it on your Windows 10 PC.

If it was a physical disc for the Xbox One. You wouldn't be able to use the disc to install on the Windows 10 PC.

Not only does Win 10 LTSC not get updates very often, it' is also missing the Windows Store.

Game Pass on PC uses the Windows 10 Store to download the games, they don't download and install via the app. No Windows Store, no PC Game Pass compatabilty.

LTSC was designed for mission critical work tasks, not gaming.

You'll need one of the consumer versions of Windows 10 to use Game Pass.
