Game installation (Left 4 dead 2)

Hello microsoft team and anyone reading

i recently uninstalled Left 4 dead 2 and i cannot find it on my ready to install tab and it says that i do not own the product on the xbox store, what can i do?

Hi, sorry to hear of your issue. Was the game a disc version or digital version. If it's the disc, then just reinsert and install the game. If it's digital, then make sure you are logged in with the same account that downloaded the game, and it should
show up in your ready to install for you to download. Also you might want to make sure that all your games are being shown and not just Xbox One games.
