GAME INSTALED DONT OPEN ON PC

HI,

I HAVE INSTALED FORZA HORIZON 4 AND STATE OF DECAY, BUT BOTH DONT OPEN THE GAME ON PC, THEY WERE INSTALED AND APEARS ON MY GAMES, BUT DONT OPEN OR UNINSTALL, WHAT CAN I DO??

Can´t Download the game i bought

i bought a game in the xbox store with my pc and when i try to install it on my xbox the button "install" dont work and its ignored

Be sure to login (on PC) with the same account used on X1. Open the Store and verify that the game can be installed. If it does not work, try to restore the Store with the "wsreset" command.

 

What error do you get? Or aren't you receiving an error message?

 

HI, NO ERRO MESSAGE, APEARS ONLY A PHOTO OF THE GAME AND DONT OPEN.

 

And these are Windows 10 Store games, correct? I would recommend visiting the Windows 10 Store page and clicking on "System Requirements" and verifying that your computer meets the Minimum device requirements to run the application.

 

Hi, i have a A8 AMD That is 5080 passmark score, igual to I3 4170, but i think that this is the problem. I will buy a Ryzen 1700 and test.

I do recommend to check for device updates so the "games" can meet the system requirements.

Also, attempt to repair the game content if they are corrupt or having issues.
