Game in my purchase history but not on my "game" list

Hey XBF Erick C - tried this and now I am missing a couple other games. I reset the console with no luck either. Any other suggestions?

It may already have been installed without you noticing it in case your console was set on Instant On. Or if not you should be able to see it under Ready To Install list. When you say that you attempt to buy it again, on that page don't you see any option
to Install or Play?

log out, power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation loading
screen when you power it back up. log in and go search the game and install.

Soft Factory Reset Keeping Games & Apps. Make sure you have your account information as this will remove all accounts and have you add them back to the console.
