    Game I redeemed with digital code is no where to be found on my system. Where can I find it?


    Ok. So this is silly of me…or not. I redeemed a digital code for a new game for my son. However, I redeemed the code through my cell phone. I was prompted that the game would be automatically downloaded to my Xbox. But it was been almost 24 hours and the game is no where to be found. I feel silly because I should have just redeemed the code directly to my console. And now it’s too late try that. I have no clue where I can locate this game. And Xbox support has been less than helpful with me just going in circles on the website for this issue which I’m certain is rare. Is there anyone in here that can help guide me through this?

    On the console, make sure you're signed in with the same account you redeemed the code on. You should be able to install it 1 of 2 ways.

    1. Just search for the game in the store on the console and it should give the option to install.

    2. In your Games and Apps on the console, go to Full Library and filter by Ready to Install. You should be able to find the game listed there and install from there.

    Was it purchased through All Access? If so, check under either Settings then Account or Games and Apps then Full Library for a section for "Include with this Xbox" and it should list the code there.

    Launch the game, and it might give you the option to download the DLC. If not, then try accessing your download history by going to settings - account - download history. Scroll down until you find the DLC. Select each one and download them.
