Game i purchased unavailable

I had a xbox one s but recently bought a series s, i have sighed in to my new xbox with the same account i used on my old one some of the games i own aren’t available and when i check in the store the only option is to buy it again even though when i go back onto my old xbox the game is available

Yes, actually, some games, Mortal Kombat 2011 and Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe included, are indeed not available in the store right now, but we believe this is just temporary, since both tittles entered the BC (back compatible) list.

Since it's a temporary issue, I advise you to wait for a little while and then check back again later.
