Game I purchased is delisted, how to download?

To clarify, are you experiencing issues with F1 2017, or F1 2018? I'm only asking because you mentioned F1 2017 in your post, but the picture you attached shows F1 2018 instead.

- Would you mind looking up the purchase of this game on your account's order history? The purchase should show as "Completed". You can see this at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

Please make sure to select "Digital" and "All available" from the two drop-down menus at the top section of your order history.

- Could you go to Settings > General > Network Settings, and let me know what you see under "Current Network Status"?

• Even if a game is delisted, you should be able to download it at any time by going to My Games and Apps > Full Library > Owned games. To clarify, is the game now showing up in this section?

• If you don't mind, could you check if the purchase of this game is showing in your account's order history? As a rule of thumb, all games purchased through the Microsoft Store, redeemed with a code, or claimed from a console bundle, should be displayed there. Please make sure to select "Digital" and "All available" from the two drop-down menus at the top section of your order history.

• Have you already tried installing the game via the mobile Xbox app? To do so:

- Go to Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features, and make sure remote features are enabled on your console.
- Download the Xbox mobile app
- Sign in to the mobile app using the same account you use on your console.
- On the Xbox app, press the console icon followed by "Set up a console" and "Add existing console". (Skip this if you have already set up the mobile app)
- Use the search bar on the Xbox mobile app to look up "F1 2017"
- Select the game.
- Press "Download to console".
- This will trigger a digital download on your console.

just beware, when games are delisted they will still be available in your library, but there is the odd game that will be removed from the library too, take the crew from Ubisoft, this was shutdown and fully removed from all libraries too, you only have a licence to access the game, this can be removed by the publisher with a reasonable amount of warning time too and you would not be able to get a refund, this applies to all companies.

I was going yo tell you I made a typo but then finally realized the one I bought was 2017 and must have had the other one from gamepass probably. I found it in the xbox app and appears to be installing. Thanks for your help (I'm not usually this stupid lol).

The game appears but when I open the icon it opens a screen asking "do you own this game or app?", then offers me to eee in yhe Microsoft store, then I have to oprton to "manage", and the game shows as not installed, then it says "we're having trouble getting your stuff now"
