    Game I owned is gone from my Account


    Hello, I preordered Sea of Thieves back when it came out for the Windows Store.

    I played it for a while on WIN 10 on my old PC, now I have a new PC also on WIN 10 and cant download the game anymore.

    Im still on the same Account I bought it, but it doesn't show up on the "Order List", only the Pre Order-Pack does.

    I have no clue what I can do to get my Game back, so if anyone has the same issue I would appreciate any help.

    I even have Achievements and stuff for the game, I just can't download it anymore and it says I have to buy it.

    Please help me

    i did game share with my younger brother and i had battfeild 5 i got free with the xbox but for some reason i turned game share of and its deleted and now i have to pay for it

    This is not something 'new' that's being fixed from what I've seen. My games are gone. I've been denied a refund for merchandise I paid for and was told I owned. I was told it was the game developer's fault for shutting down the servers but you know who
    has my cash in their pockets? Microsoft, that who. I've been looking back and finding hundreds of dollars worth of my purchased items gone from my account. Unacceptable!

    This isn't helping me since my account is gone, the one with the Br**** has my info and I can't access it, there aren't any accounts that i own that owns minecraft anymore it seems.
