Game had false promises and I'm a bit upset

Hi i purchased the fortnite standard founders pack back in September and im a bit annoyed as the game was not as described. It stated in the description that the game would be free by 2018s end so i thought i would be able to get a small headstart on my
friends, this however was changed to 2019 and the game is not going to be finished until then aswell. The game is very buggy and sometimes crashes and just isnt very enjoyable with the extended amount of time it takes for the developers to get something completed.
And the worst thing is that people are accessing the mode i paid for for free which makes me quite upset and angry that they are able to play something that i bought by glitching in. Is there any possible way in which i would be able to get a refund as this
game was not like it was described to be and was a bit of a dissapointment.

Xbox didn't help with my false ban.

I am upset to have been falsely banned and not have it removed I am thinking of switching to PS4 now because at least they can help with problems unlike xbox I either should get unbanned because ll 69xDirty ll should get banned not me he attacked me And
my friend. I explained that he shouldn't be complaining because my friend was lagging and had died and we lost the game he had 4 kills and ll 69xDirty ll had 0 kills and more deaths and then he got me False banned but Xbox never fixed it and nowe I'm upset
they "Can't " fix it but IT'S A FALSE BAN. Seriously xbox fix it I'm not kidding if you don't I'm done with this company if you don't fix my false ban I'm leaving xbox and going to PS4.

You will get a whole bunch of "I'm sorry." and "I apologize." and they won't hang up on you, but they won't do anything for you either. Then they'll make you a false promise, you'll have no choice but to accept the false promise. Then you'll finally have
to hang up and they did their job and got you off the phone...

You purchased the game knowing it is in early access. No where in the games advertising material does it state it will be F2P in 2018.
