Game from CD installing with game pass sign

I installed GTA V form gpu and decided to buy CD version, when reinstalled game this time from CD it still had Gamepass sign in the bittom right corner, i want it to be from CD not gamepass. If im gonna use criminal starter pack on gamepass version, will it stay if i will play the on from CD ?

So i can use criminal starter pack and it doesn’t matter if it’s gonna be game pass version or CD one ?

Correct. It's still the same game.

As long as it's on Game Pass, It'll have the logo even if you own it on disc/digital. The game will still play the same if you play it from the disc.

uninstall the game and install it from the CD

I will explain to you what happened literally.

I bought the digital version of a game not available in my region using gift card from US store.

I switched back to my own region and the game disappeared from the games ready to be installed.

I bought a game CD and inserted it to my device and the game appeared again at the games ready to be installed and I am able to play it without the CD when the account purchased the game is signed into the console.

What I am asking is if I played the game without the cd in another account would that counts as violation of TOS to this another account?
