    Game freezes when playing diablo 4


    Hello Xbox advisors. When going in the game my tv makes a weird sound like its about to freeze, it doesnt not until gameplay where i enter a big mob and it lags/freezes a little. I reset the console to leace my game and apps and its still there. I think it could be the hdmi that needs to be changed since the one i have is a normal one but it was working well about a week ago. Let me know your opinion

    1. Is this happening to all the game or just a specific game?

    2. What type of Console are you using and the make and model of your TV?

    3. What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

    4. Does your TV have a game mode and already enabled it when the issue occurs?

    5. Have you tried changing different display options and still the issue persist?

    Thank you Tomm for responding.

    Ill answer below but just to give you a brief explanation cause I tested out today. When I enter big mobs of monsters it lags and freezes for like a split second and the sound of the game sounds like everything is crushing, I chamged the hmdi and it better than last time when im online with no players on the team but when someone comes to my team its worse.

    Ok now to your queriea, to it wit:

    1. It happens to diablo 4 but only when i enter and fight big mobs of monster.

    2. I have an xbox one and my tv is a samsung AC100-240V

    3. I did a full reset that I stayed with my apps and games and changed to a be better hdmi.

    4. I havent tried different display options, where is this on xbox or tv?

    Diablo 4 Pre release expectation/suggestion

    I cant wait, think the game is going to be great. Diablo 3 was one of the best games to co-op. Started playing it again when i saw the reveal trailer for Diablo 4.
