Game freezes on loading screen/game screen

I bought a preowned dynasty warriors 6 empires. Longest it n played was an hour thirty minutes on the first day.So on the moments I can get past the company logos lets say I try to make a character. It either freezes on the character list with the "now loading"
animation repeating endlessly or when I get to the character part if I try a hairstyle and the music stops ill switch the hairstylrs and itll stay the same regardless. Then if I get to the events page if an important event comes it freezes with the background
pulled up.

Game/Console Freezing

Starting a new game will bring up the grey loading/checkpoint screen. Freezes right there on that screen.

Fight Night Round 2 issue.

Game freezes on loading screen.

How can I fix this?

As it's pre-owned I would suggest that you check the quality of the disc. Give it a clean if you can. If it is really bad it might be worth taking it back to where you purchased it from and seeing if they have another copy to give you. But check the disc
before you leave.

No games at all. It always freezes in the loading screen.

I can download the game on to the hard drive with no problems, and the game plays and gets to the press start screen, but it still freezes on the loading screen
