Game freezes and quit at the same cut-scene each time

I recently downloaded a new game, Star Wars: Fallen Jedi. It freezes in the same spot every time. I can play other games fine so I don't think it is an over-heating issue. I have done different save points, but each time I go to this certain required
cutscene the game freezes and quit. What do I do?

this maybe a issue with the game itself as a game breaking bug have you tried to reach out to EA support?

Try this bro. Uninstall the game, then put your finger on the console's power button and hold it for 10 seconds.
This will cause a cache erase. Then wait another 30 seconds and turn it on again.
Finished this reinstall the game. Hope this can help you

Yes those are actually very long loading screens. I also wish there was a way to skip them on the 2nd playthrough. But since we cant, I am not sure if I will play through a 2nd time. Some are very long. I have the game installed and some are still long
enough that you can seriously go grab dinner and come back later. If you take out all the cut scenes this game would actually only be about 5-6 hours long. Kinda reminds me of the cut scenes in Metal Gear Solid 4. Ok not quite that exaggerated, but same
idea. Play for a few minutes, cut scene, play for a few minutes, cut scene.
