game free with "game with gold" but i receive purchase 30 euro mail for sonicallstars refund ...

Hello, I also purchased the 6 month gold membership on 3/30/12 and have not received the codes for the 5 free games! I have checked all e-mails and folders.

Having a similar issue with Destiny... Downloaded the free trial, then purchased at the "Deals with Gold" $30.00 price. My card has been charged, I have received a confirmation e-mail, but it still plays the trial version and prompts me to purchase the game
again.

Am I going to receive it via in game prompt?

The timing of that...basically 6 weeks possibly is kind of upsetting. The reason is because i called Xbox support and they said if this code isn't provided to me, they'll refund my purchase of a year of Gold if it's within 30 days...so if I wait until the
end of july and nothing comes, I'm out the code and the refund from Xbox. I would obv repurchase the gold but with some other promotion. Anyway...frustrating that an in game prompt shows you one thing and does something totally different...

Hello, I pre-order the game black desert online and there is in the reward of the latter several gifts offered via a safe to open in the game. So I opened the chest but it turns out that many awards
(object of equipment and mount devices) are not there as they should. I received the other half of the reward (famillier and pearl). I specify that I checked the correct location in the inventory, including mail (in-game). My Gamertag XBOX ONE is .
