    Game FPS while not using DVR


    I tired out the game dvr to record a game of league of legends last night and at first it worked great. Now when im in game and the dvr is NOT on my frames per second drops to 20. when i turn the dvr ON it goes to the usual 300 frames per second. What is
    going on here and how would I go at fixing it.

    hy I have the same problem... I`am stuck on 30 fps in menu and while I play cs go .. but I was trying to disable GAME DVR from XBOX->settings ->game dvr ( here should be a switch button on or off but instead of that button I have a message >> Visit windows
    settings to adjust your Dvr game settings..<< NEED HELP PLEASE !!!

    If your computer has been updated with the Anniversary Update, there will be an option in Settings > Game DVR to set your Video quality to "60 fps".

    Also while I'm playing a game and snap the game dvr my picture to the game goes completely blank and does not show up until I unsnap the game dvr. Xbox record that voice command does not work as well.

    Laptops, no matter what they say are not designed for gaming. The form factor is completely unfriendly to things like heat and high power

    That's why setting it to high performance mode is working for you. All the protections put on are removed.

    High heat will shorten the life of your computer, so please be aware of this
