My internet is excellent and working normaly

Xbox Live network stats, but still nothing after windows reinstall again sending data 0%

Try to download your progress again, if you do not delete your live profile and download it again and try again.

Thank you for reaching out. We understand you have been experiencing some data syncing issues when trying to play FH4 on your PC even after quite a bit of troubleshooting. If you haven't already done so, make sure this isn't network related by running a
connection test through the Xbox App. Simply launch the Xbox App, head down to the "Settings" section of the app and scroll over to the "Network" tab. This will begin a detailed test of your connection to our servers and will indicate any errors which may
be causing the Forza data download problem. our
Server Connectivity page will provide some simple troubleshooting which usually solve the majority of connection problems. Let us know how it goes!
