Game for window live isn't working

Games for Windows Licve was discontinued, and the marketplace disabled for years. No new game registrations or purchases are possible

Did you purchase a copy of flight simulator X from someone? There seems to be a lot of people lately who seem to have bought someone’s old stock.

People can not get this working today. Microsoft closed games for windows live and should of made a patch to fix the lack of service. Make a patch !
Why should people that have bought this game have to mess with janky work arounds.
It not that the game isn't compatible ! it that the online section 1 activate it doesn't exist and 2 it is constantly trying to log into game for windows live that also doesn't exist. The old works around do not work any more , probably due to some windows 10 update.
Why did Microsoft leave it the the fable community to work it out, instead of having the courtesy to make a patch for a game that has no more game for windows live program.
It has to verify the code, it will not do this as there seems to be no server to contact !
Re-installing the game today, it will not work today.

Skyrim isn't games for windows LIVE applicable. Thus meaning achievements will not be applied to your GS.
