Game files dissapear

None of that fixes the problem.

The solution is this: Game ONLY works if installed on C: drive !!!

Reinstall the Gaming Services app on your Windows 10/11 device:

1. Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.
   
2. In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:
   
   get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
   
3. In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:
   
   start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
   
4. Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.
   
5. Restart your device and try to install the game again.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One

Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes

Step 3-----select show contact options
Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Yeah my save has completely dissapeared, i checked my hard drive to see if the saved game was on it and it was! I have a 4mb file under tomb raider but no save file on the game itself!

DId any of these suggestions work for anyone? I am havng exact same error. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling, power cycling, etc and nothing has worked.

Yes, the suggestion to find the 7.7 gb game file and use that one. It will work. The 7.8 gb game file is bugged and will not work.

Hi i am having the same issues, but when I uninstalled the 7.8 gb game, the 7.7 dissapeared immediatly, this is weird.
