Game : Fallout 4 Missing $10 Promo Code

Hello when i bought Fallout 4 in December it said that i would receive the code for Fallout 3 which i redeemed and it said i would get a $10 Promo Code which i haven't received yet any help will be appreciated.

It has been almost a year and still haven't gotten a promo code.

 

Bought fallout 4, did not receive fallout 3 promo code

I bought fallout 4 back in November 20, 2015. Until today, I still haven't receive the promo code for fallout 3.

During the purchase, it said I am suppose to get the promo code within 3-10 business days. Now it's been 3 months.

Where did you purchase Fallout 4? The only promotion regarding Fallout we're able to assist with is the Fallout 3 codes you get. Let us know where you purchased so we can properly point you in the right direction!

 

I bought the game on Xbox.com

 

The $10 gift code is a promotion for preordering games from microsoftstore.com. If you preordered from them, you would need to contact their customer support for assistance. If you preordered the game digitally from xbox.com, it would not have been eligible
for that offer.
