    I am trying to play microsoft word games, and each time I open it, it fails to load. It just shuts down and closes the window. yet, I am able to play other games.

    Hardly a failure, despite what your personal view of it may be...the game was not a failure as seen by the fact its still being played online today

    I would take it to game stop, check to see if it's a power brick failure. If it isn't a power brick failure, you will have to set up a repair
