    I just bought call of duty black ops 2 and the order was confirmed and downloaded on my xbox but when i click on play it says do you own this game or app even thought i purchased it not to long ago

    It fails for me as well, It loads up a blank screen after starting the game. Even form the support agents their reboot efforts fail and the only soloution is refunding. :/

    Is the XBox one Disc drive Failure overblown?

    Mine was starting to fail a few weeks after purchase last Christmas, I called Microsoft and they had me exchange it at a Microsoft store. Its been perfect for almost exactly one year.

    My disc drive failed just after purchasing gta 5. I dont own alot of physical games yet it failed after one year. Day one edition. This is not good enough for the amount of money i paid for it MS. Not happy.
