Game exchange please?

I'm asking for assistance about the game "Playerunknown", order number [Mod Removed]. I was unable to find much of anything anywhere on the Xbox or Microsoft about game exchanges, etc. At least on my iPad I was unable to locate much.

I'll be 65 this year and I've found I cannot play the game for several reasons. The colors in it is part, I even had to uninstall Fortnight because of the bright colors. I also had to stop playing Minecraft because of so much going on. Also, I'm not very
social, I'm fairly solitary so I mostly play Skyrim, Witcher and a couple of other "open world" games.

I'm not much for getting into "clans" or groups anymore, it's almost "exhausting" for me.

If possible, I think I'd like "Q.U.B.E.". I watched the trailers and gameplay on it and something like that is pretty much in my "arena" to play. I'll uninstall "Playerunknown" today either way my question is answered.

Game exchange?

My sons received an X-Box 360 Bundle for Christmas with a couple games that are quite inappropriate for a 12 year old. The games are clearly labeled NOT FOR INDIVIDUAL SALE. I've been told stores will not accept returns on bundled games. Is there any way
to exchange these games for something more age appropriate?

Xbox does not offer exchanges for digital games. You would need to go to
http://commerce.microsoft.com to see if you can start a refund, if not, you can try contacting support and speak to billing to see if they can issue a refund. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

You have 90 days under the xbox game exchange program Find out where this was purchased if it was from xbox you have 90 days to exchange this. If it is from another retailer you have to contact that party to see if they will exchange it or refund your money,

What games are these, out of interest? You could sell them to friends, but be careful, "15" are often acceptable for 12 year olds.

If your refund was denied, and you believe it is a mistake because you have not requested many refunds this year, please respond to the email you received informing you of the refund rejection. In your response, explain in detail the reasons why they should reconsider their decision and why you believe they should accept it. Some games such as Battlefield 3 have an Online Access Code For Multiplayer ...

So if you play your copy online they will have to purchase a code to play online as well.
