I would try contacting support It could just be a bug that could be fixed Or maybe a hardware malfunction i will provide you with the link to contact a virtual agent if you wish to speak with a person then tell the virtual agent real person you will then
have the option to either call or enter a live chat with a support agent

Son tries to play game in his xbox1 and it says not compatible. Its a GTA for the x box1 though.

Do you know what condition the game disc is in if it has bad scratches or worse that could be the reason it might not be working another thing you could do is use a wet cloth to clean it the see if it works if you could get back to me with the condition
