    I just bought the game Fuzion Frenzy from the xbox live. Downloaded the game just fine, but when I try to play the game, i got this message: Game Error- The game couldn't start. Try downloading the game again.

    Help please.

    Like I said, I'd call support. It may be the end for the memory unit - not necissarily the console itself.

    I'm getting this too Game Error- The game couldn't start. Try downloading the game again. Help. :( I have a disc and it said the same, assumed there was a problem with the disc and bought it from Live. Same error. Did you find a solution.

    Do you have an official Xbox hard drive. Only official hard drives have the emulation software needed for backwards compatibility. The 4gb is not a hard drive. There are lot of fake hard drives sold on amazon and ebay so if you got one from there for
    cheap, it is probably fake.

    That's a good one for the phone support team, most likely it's related to your storage device and a format may not have been enough if it's failing.
