Game Enforcement---Cheaters

What exactly does your gaming enforcement team do? I've reported cheaters beyond MULTIPLE times and nothing happens. I spent over an hour today on the phone with Xbox and they say they don't even have a number for them. Last time I called I threatened
to cancel my account due to their lack of inaction on banning accounts but the nice woman at least passed on the gamertags of cheaters and reassured me that something would happen but today the lady on the phone seemed to think I was making that up as she
had no means to communicate with them and no phone number I could call. I was playing today and came across a cheater that's played for more than 50 days, and had a kill/death ratio of almost 500/1, obviously he has been reported thousands of times but nothing
has happened. All you guys have to do is run a search of gamertags with kill/death ratios over 3.0 and watch the account, you could ban all cheats within a week or two....sounds too easy huh? Anyway, I cancelled my account after this billing cycle ends.
Oh, and if someone "can reach the enforcement team" here are the cheats I've played with the past couple of days---gamer tags obviously and in no particular order:

Invisible Hackers

Finally have had it. Cancelled my auto renewal and will be done with Xbox Live. Almost every game has cheaters in it. Clans of cheaters in most games. Aimbot players in almost every game. The fun is gone and XBOX Live has done nothing to keep these cheaters
out of the game. They should be suspended for a month for the first offence, then banned for the 2nd. These cheaters get at least 4 chances before they are banned, come on XBOX Live what does this tell the CHEATERS. XBOX Live Enforcement is a JOKE, they
don't care about COD MW3 -

xbox live support can be pretty useful.. but they will not discuss bans. You need to find a way to get intact with xbox live enforcement team. But if you got console banned, that means you have done something before. And you would see where they would think you are the hacker or "cheater".

 

Its so frustrating isnt it. Spoiling such a good game!

I see the problem here. It's not that you reporting isn't doing anything, it's just that the Enforcement Team has a lot of reports daily, so it could take some time for them to banned/suspend cheaters. I reported people for this reason and it took them a
month to take action because of the amount of reporting.
