Game DVRs won't load on Windows 10

When I go into the game DVR section of the Xbox app on Windows 10, then select a clip, it won't load (even after 15-20 minutes). But, when I try to load captures (pictures), or game clips from other sections of the Xbox app, they load fairly quick. Please
help, I want to use these clips outside of the Xbox app and am pretty sure that the only way is through the download feature in the game DVR section. Thank You!

Gameloft/Disney Magic Kingdoms won't load

Since the last update on Dec.19,2016 Disney Magic Kingdoms won't load. I have windows 10.

 

Mahjong won't load in windows 10

In the microsoft collections in Windows 10 I paid for a year of Mahjong without adds. It worked great until the month changed to November. Now when I click on Mahjong the sides light up but it does not load. All the other games load and play. I've rebooted
a couple of times, but nothing really addresses this in the forums that I could find.
