    2. Is there anything that the Xbox One won't record (like how the PS4 won't let you record Sonic Forces cutscenes and displays a blocked content message if you press the share button)?

    no need to publish.. any and all recorded clips are cloud saved. Hence the reason why we can access them on our phones or tablets.

    No and No. However you can upload your recorded gameplay to youtube if you upload it to skydive. How did you get it to record the entire 5 minutes though? Whenever I tell it to record something it only records for like 30 seconds.

    I remember 30 minutes from somewhere but it may have been the upload studio, or they may have lowered it since I last checked a few months (or years) ago.
