    Game DVR not saving selected screenshots.


    Hi there! I don't have an Xbox Gold Account, nor do I want one(I dislike people, and I only have one game for my One at the moment, Fallout 4). So, because of this I can't share screenshots the "normal" way. I found a workaround, in that if you hit
    save, they are saved to XboxDVR.com. I hit save all a few minutes ago. Out of 300 images, it saved 113. Those did not include the ones I wanted saved(I did not know about the manual select option until after I had already hit save
    all) so I manually selected the 76 recent ones I wanted saved. An error message came up saying "Sorry, none of your selected captures were saved. Please try again.". I've tried again numerous times, including trying some of them one at a time. Same message
    every time.

    Is this because I don't have Gold? Or something else?

    Transfer issues

    The only other thing I could suggest at the moment is changing the folder where clips/screenshots are saved to. Go to settings in the app > game DVR > saving captures. Once done, try to download a screenshot again.

    If that doesn't work, I can only suggest contacting Windows 10 support...

    DVR is not working properly when Battlefield 1 is played in HDR

    Hello all,

    I'm constantly using DVR games that support HDR like Gears of War 4. However, when Battlefield 1 got HDR support last week, Xbox One DVR starting acting a little bit weird, where colors are messed up in DVR + the game clips and screenshots are not in full

    Game DVR not saving selected screenshots.

    Update: I have subsequently deleted a large number of the ones that saved(they were old and did not reflect my current builds).

    Now, none of them save when I select all and save.

    Does it have to do with the age of the screenshot or something?

    When you double tap, do you see the option in the upper left, "X" for video "Y" for screenshot? Have you checked Game DVR to see if the screenshot actually saved and the console just didn't give you the notification? From the home screen press RT and select
    My games and apps then select Game DVR.

    Hello nnooggoodd,

    To take a Screenshot:

    1. While in game double tap the Xbox Button

    2. When the home screen appears press Y

    Note: if you do not get the option to take a screenshot after double tapping the xbox button you may need to reinstall Game DVR and/or your profile.

    To save a Screenshot:

    1. Open the Game DVR app

    2. With the screenshot you with to save/share press the menu button and select save/share from the menu

    Note: After taking a screenshot there is a delay before the screenshot can be saved or shared. During this time you will not see these options available.
