    Game DVR issues


    Hi, I have issues recording my games with "windows alt G".

    The clip is black and I can only see my mouse cursor sometimes.

    It happens with all my online games ( League of legends; Overwatch; CS:GO; Guild Wars2 ) 2/3 times but 1/3 the clip is ok.

    I puted it at 30sec 30fps and did all windows updates.

    It's been 2months now.

    I have a laptop ASUS ROG Strix GL753VD i5 Graphic card: NVIDIA GeForce 1050

    Sounds like the issue comes from the DVR portion of the app. Try the steps on the

    Tried talking to ambassador support and it cut off while we were talking... Also spoke to phone support and was pointed to insider support. No progress so far
