Game DVR - incomplete recording

It is not the first time that the video came out is short than it should be when I saw the recorder in operation. The timer is keep going, but when I stop recording, the product is incomplete, last few minutes disappeared or just the beginning few minutes
were recorded. The integrality of my video recording are RANDOM!!!

I try to avoid this thing by divide my recording to fragment, but it doesn't work. Even a 5 minutes recording is sometimes partially produced.

Here are some information about my PC:

System: Win10

Processer: ie7

RAM: 16G

Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 970M

VRAM: 3G

Problem of Game DVR (Recording)

When I start recording with Game DVR (Win + alt + R), it looks working (just 10 seconds). After 10 seconds, recording is stop, and nothing is saved in video folder.

If I finish recording in 10 seconds, nothing is saved, too.

So I can't recording with Game DVR. Can you guess something?

Have you attempt to use the xbox beta? ( or vise versa) to see if there is a difference?

 

I downloaded the xbox beta but can't uninstall the xbox. I recorded, the same problem happened but I'm not sure which app is operated for the recording. And when I turn off the Game DVR in one the other will stop work either.

 

Which type of game are you trying to record? Windows Universal apps(games) or win 32 games?
