    Game DVR Glitch


    So this problem has been going on for quite some time and the last conversation I had w/Microsoft they told me to wait for the next update. well the update is here and still hasn't been fixed, basically I cant record or take screenshots. When i go to settings
    It says that i can record and all that but the option isn't there in any
    game I play. I cant get it to work through Cortana either, yet if i have a friend over the option returns. Whats going on.

    Also i'm 19 and my account says i am as well but I still can't have a custom gamerpic or join the insiders club.

    Game DVR glitch

    I tried to take a clip use the Windows key + G, and when i went to the xbox app later to look at the clip it had the audio but it showed a screenshot that was about 5 minutes before I took the recording. This has happened multiple times and ruined many clips.
    Please help!

    Yes, if it's BF4, then turn that stuff off. It's glitching at the moment with game DVR

    If you are recording BF4 clips, disable leaning and head tracking. It's glitching the DVR.
