Game DVR does not accept MSI Radeon R7 240

in the specs it says that Game DVR should work with Radeon R7. Upgraded today to MSI Radeon R7 240, but it still says that my hardware is not compatible. What is wrong with Game DVR on Windows 10??

    :)

Windows 10 Game DVR not working

Same issue here: MSI Radeon R7 240. Bought it specially so we could use Game DVR. I have been on the Phone and into chat contact with support for more than 2 hours: no result whatsoever.

I was really impressed of the quality of Windows 10, but very very dissappointed at how this is being handled.

Graphic card apparently supported - can't use DVR to record

I have the same problem. I have an AMD Radeon R7 240 with 2GB of DDR3 RAM and I still can't record games with Game DVR.

    Xbox, fix this please!

Game DVR does not accept MSI Radeon R7 240

Okay, still no solution. I have been on the chat for over 1,5 hour yesterday (with Xbox team and Windows 10 team) and on the phone with the Xbox team today. Ther still is no solution in sight. How can this be?

If I look at the hardware requirements:

    windows.microsoft.com/.../what-hardware-do-i-need-to-record-xbox-game-clips-on-my-pc

then the R7 is in the list.

The Xbox team verified my hardware (Core-2 Quad core processor), 4 GB of Ram and the videocard. As far as they know, this should work.

What I am shocked to notice, is that nobody asks me for error-logs (if any exist for this), nor exports of MSinfo32 or whatever. We just did all the generic stuff (reinstall videodrivers), check if I was intelligent enough to download the right version of
it, etc. But no in depth technical analysis of the issue itself...

I am still stuck with a Game DVR that refuses to record games allthough I went out on a limb to get a proper new videocard.

Who from the Microsoft team can help me with some serious troubleshouting?

    Thanks, Robin.

Graphic card apparently supported - can't use DVR to record

I have 2 PCs that have exact same hardware as each other, including video card ( ASUS ATI Radeon R7 240 ). Both have Windows 10 Pro (64 bit). BOTH have the same problem (DVR says "hardware is not supported") yet it SHOWS ( Radeon R7 video cards ARE supported).
There have been 2 updates to XBox app since release date. When will this be FIXED ???
