game downloads interrupting, stopping, slowing, failing

For the last year I've been a big fan of digital downloads and have gotten all my games digitally, and I buy a lot of games, not just those cheap arcade games but full size 20GB, 30GB, 40GB, 50GB, hell even 60GB & 70GB games. I never had any issues with
digital downloads, they always come in good time, only limiting factor appeared to be my ISP and home network, which is adequate for supporting downloading games of such a size.

Lately I've noticed though that the downloads are coming in much slower. Before the NXOE update I use to time my downloads from the moment they started to the moment they finished 100% installation, they were coming in consistently at 19GB/hour, or roughly
43megabits/sec, which is fine by me as my bandwidth is about 50megabits/sec. These were the speeds I get whether I was playing multiplayer games online, streaming movies to my XBO, or just left it idle watching the download slider. It seemed pretty consistent,
and I was happy and satisfied.

Since the NXOE update though I've noticed my download speeds have been about 1/4 to 1/2 their previous speeds. Also I've been getting more download interruptions on games, for instance I downloaded Halo: The Master Chief Collection, like all 70GB of it,
which would have taken me 3.5 hours previously. Instead it took me a whole day because the installation kept failing about every 25% so I'd have to restart my console to kick it back into gear when it first did this to me around 25%, then it paused around
50%, did it again, paused at 75%, reset it again and finally went to 100%. This isn't the only game to do this to me, seems like every other download suffers from one interruption.

Seriously, do something about this. I loved having my games digitally and I know it can work a lot better but if it's going to do this with all my games now this is going to be so frustrating. I don't want this to be the new norm, and I don't want Microsoft
to become complacent in making an adequate service inadequate.

my guy keeps slowing down and walking he keeps stopping and then walking again and then runs for a bit any1 had the same problem?

 

Take a page from COD 4

^^MW2 and W@W , Ive personally seen a bunch. None in MW3 and BO1. Post release support has been great by the devs and M$ stopping/slowing down Jtags was great.
