Game downloaded under wrong accuont

I downloaded and activated Sea of Thieves in the wrong account (account without Xbox Live gold)

When I want to activate Sea of Thieves in the right account it says 'the code is already in use'

Can I 'un-use' the code and activate it in an other account?

There are rumors floating around that the Next Xbox must be connected to the internet at all times in order to play games.

No on in the forums can do anything about bans/suspensions. You will have to log in to the enforcement team website for information. You can also submit a case review if your suspension is eligible. Remember suspensions can happen weeks after the actual
infractions because they have to be investigated.

Hey, ElDiabloLoco90! It's likely that nothing is wrong with your account since you're able to download it from your Download History.

If it was no longer located there, but you could still see the purchase, then there might be something wrong with your account.

However, it's likely that the game and DLC packs were bought when they were under a different publisher, and then put back up on the Marketplace under the new publisher. That's generally what we see with the symptoms you're describing, so you should be just
fine as long as you keep downloading them through your Download History.

This is because on a console that is not set as the Home console only the original purchaser can play the game. Anyone else would require the gamertag that bought it to be signed in.

If both boys want to play, have them switch consoles while they are playing.
