    Battlefield 1 Download not working

    I bought my son a Xbox One s for Christmas with the Battlefield one game enclosed, we have tried numerous times to download but it wont, it says it has 100% downloaded but just goes to a blank screen then returns to the home screen, please help

    Xbox one frozen at initial green set up now blank!!!

    My xbox one was frozen at the startup screen then went blank! I restarted it after it sat for a while and now it won't even get to the green screen it's just blank! My tv recognizes my xbox when it starts but it won't start up it just shows blank on the
    tv. Any info or help would be great. Can I reset? Or load the catch on USB card or anything!?

    I've got the same. I've noticed in the past that it is probably a dodgy advert that fails to run but I can't get past it either. Annoying when on last day of the month

    Could be a range issues...

    Firstly I'd swap out your HDMI cable and see if that's the issue, then to be sure it's not the TV itself, try your Xbox on another TV.

    If neither of those work, then it's likely a faulty graphics adapter in the condole and you'll need to send it in for a repair. You can do that here:
