    Game Download very slow on Wired Connection


    I am using a Wired Connection for my Xbox 360, i have tried everything but my Downloading of games takes for ever !!

    Anyone Idea,s on how to improve it?

    Slow download speed

    Hi. Yesterday bought a new Xbox One. Trying to download a game, but download is really very slow. I have 100 Mbps Internet speed, but Xbox shows me 90 Mbps to upload and about 10 to download, that's odd. Downloading content on 360 is much more faster.
    I am using both wired and wireless connections, the result is result same: download is very very slow.

    Hi - I'm having the same issue. I was in the preview program but don't have the app on the new Halo Xbox. I'm also having very slow download speeds - wired connection with average speeds of 70/50 normally (and on everything else connected).

    This sounds like a networking issue and this Slow game or app Troubleshooter may assist you.

    Also if you are using WiFi to connect to the router, have you tried a wired connection?

    Wow, thats a very long time. It could be you're connection. Also try not use the xbox while you download the game. That could be making thd download slow. Specially if you have a slow internet.
