    Game download/uninstall problems


    Anyone having problems with installing/uninstalling games problems that have tried hard reset and unplugging console. I was having this problem and nothing worked until I reset my console. I went to settings down to system and then over to console info &
    updates and then reset. This worked for me hope it helps!

    Dead Rising 3 Load times/Freezing

    Having problems with Dead Rising 3 freezing after download of a physical copy of game. I am barely into the first chapter. I will attempt to uninstall and restall game to see if it is the same thing. Note: I have four other games, but no problems except

    Not sure I will be getting any of them. Maybe I will just download and then uninstall them so that they can show on my uninstalled games list.

    I don't have a problem with downloading or installing. The game has been installed since it launched and it never uninstalled. I have cancelled updates in the past with this game because they were taking a long time to start and never did start. The problem
    i'm having is the same other people are reporting. The issue happens when you cancel an update and the game is uninstalled without warning. I know I don't have problems with download or install as i'm downloading the game that was uninstalled for no reason
    and with no warning.

    try uninstalling the game and reinstalling it, as well as when you uninstall the game remove your profile from the Xbox One and re-download it. this can be done from the settings. it could be a problem with the initial download of the game but just to make
    sure I would re-download your profile.

    The game was not on the download list/queue anymore? Have you tried to install it again to see if the installation does not progress at a very faster pace - meaning the temporary file of the game download actually is there?

    ya, i followed the steps and nothing happens. there have been posts on the forums similar to mine that were resolved by simply unplugging the xbox and plugging it back in. i have tried that as well and that didn't work either.
