Game download stuck in queue

Hi,

I've been trying to download games on pc for a while now. I already installed Wolfenstein II, Tomb Raider and Metro Exodus. But now it has stopped downloading any other games.. If i try to install them they remain stuck in the queue.

Restart, reinstall or run as admin all didn't work to resolve the issue.

Am i doing something wrong?

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

the "game is ready to play" message comes up when the download has passed a certain point but the game hasn't finished downloading.

keep an eye on the progress bar in the queue and when that gets to 100% the game should move to his games library.

if it doesn't, please let us know so we can try and work out what's gone wrong

yes, I still have more than 1 TB available.

reinstalling a second time seemed to help.
