Game download status keeps disappearing

1. Game download status keeps disappearing after a restart. I have to go back to the game page to install. Rather than pressing the menu and install like the past.

2. Games that are rdy to play but are still downloading, are not able to continue downloading. Since the game is not in queue anymore and only allows play.

3. Error 0x87e00008 moving to external hd

4. I wasnt able to pick a different topic tread on chrome brower and your support website. On android

Disappearing pins

Actually, it's not just Killer Instinct Classic that keeps disappearing. The YouTube pin just disappeared too. I have 13 items pinned - 10 games and 3 apps - and 1 pin keeps disappearing for some reason.

 

Game keeps disappearing

Sometimes I can bring up and play one game then it immediately disappears, sometimes I can't even get the game to load before it disappears. I have tried numerous suggestions. Please advise.

 

even i have the same problem....i had few 360 and xbox one games updates pending and it was paused. Now after the new fall update i dont see them in queue, i have to go to store to install then it disappears after system restart. strange thing is i am unable
to open bf1 and for honor it says " not ready yet battlefield 1 needs to finish installing or show ready to install before you can launch it ( 0x80270300)...

 

I have a similar issue. I had 6 games that were in various stages of downloading updates. Since the system update the entire queue cleared out. When I try to run the game I get the error "0x80270300" and told to let it finish installing. However there is
no updates to install listed in the update section for each game. At only a 12 Mb connection I do not have the time to uninstall and re-download 200+GB. Is there anyway to force it to check for game updates again?

Really sorry to hear about the install troubles you've been experiencing with that particular error code. Fortunately, we have some steps to try from our

Xbox Error Status Code Lookup.

As the page mentions, if the game isn't updating, please give your Xbox One a full power cycle (hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it shuts off completely), then try again. If after the power cycle doesn't help, please uninstall the game completely,
power cycle, and reinstall the game.

Keep us looped in with how it goes.

 

Unfortunately it doesn't help in the slightest. Still says that it needs to finish installing even though it is already installed and doesn't show any updates. None of the prior pending downloads from before the system update show back up either. I was really
really hoping not to have to uninstall them, but I guess thats the only option at this point other then not playing them anymore. Thank you for the assistance.

 

i have 2mbps connection... its difficult to uninstall and reinstall games,,, its just not simple as that. should i wait for new system update... pls suggest

My xbox live store keeps trying to update and I keep getting the error code 0x800700d8.

It says try uninstalling, but you cant uninstall live store???

 

Hello all , yes this issue is very annoying but i found a fix that foes not involve you deleting your have finished downloads or.updates.

Now when the game download or update disappears from Queue you can only resume it if its gotten to the ready to play point but as we all know if this hasn't happened you get an error code reauesting you uninstall amd reinstall it again.

Simply scroll to you games tab move your cursor over the unfinished downloaf which would be listed amonsgt your games icons on your xboxonxb, press the start button on your xboxone controller while the unfinished game is highlighted select , manage game,
now it will bring up thr screen showimg your games install location on the local drives notice the size shows the full download, this is an error. Look at the top of that screen you wouod see an option that say "See in Microsoft Store"ⁿ select that and the
purchase screen you used yo purchase the gsme is displayed. Again with the install option select this and you download reappears in queue at the exsct point you paused it. Unfortunately you have to do this for every single game that you have unfinished in
your library.

 

That is the only way I have found to do it as well without uninstalling and starting over. Not fun going through a list of over 300 games trying to figure out all the missing ones. Has anyone found an easier way to find the fix to figuring out which games
need updated still without having to put each disc back into the console?

 

Your best be is either to clear local saves and see if that works , or a factory reset , something is not letting it progress and resetting ahould fix the issues

Sign in your profile again
