Game download paused and will not un-pause.

Started downloading a game and it paused... now it won't un-pause.

I decided to disconect the new Kinect 2.0

i've been having a similar issue, but only while playing DR3, everything else seems to be fine, but when i pause DR3 and go outside for a smoke or go get a drink, sometimes when i come back the game is un-paused, just me and dogs, that has happened to me
a hand full of times, my wife said it did it to her one day when she paused to text someone and after about 30 seconds, just un-paused, no idea what's causing it...

Content continuing to download while streaming a video or playing in a multiplayer playlist instead of staying paused

The xbox used to pause content downloads and keep them paused while in an app that streams videos (netflix, hulu, etc) or while playing in a multiplayer playlist but since an update a little while back it no longer stays paused like it used to. It will pause
when the game or app first loads but somwhere along they way unpauses and resumes the download. PLease fix this and revert back to the way it was

Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. See if you're able to restart it after that.

Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. See if you're able to restart it after that.

I have had this happen, but not too often. What I would do is climb on a car or get to another high place before you pause the game. That way even if it comes back to the game you should be safe. I do know that you can not pause if there is somebody playing
with you, but I am not sure why it will un pause the game like it does sometimes.
