Game Download Issues

I am having trouble downloading certain games. Some games will download completely but particular ones will get stuck at particular percentages per each game. As of now the one's that are currently in my ready to install that I have tested that will not
download completely are The Crew, Fallout 4, GTA V and the Halo Wars 2 Beta. Each gets stuck at a particular percentage for each game. The Crew at 40%, GTA V at 18%, Fallout 4 at 33% and the Halo Wars 2 Beta at 72%. I have noticed Games, Apps and DLC that
take up a generally small amount space download completely. I am thinking the particular percentages that they stop on might mean something. I have spoken with the support and I have done all that I can but as of now nothing else can be done. Support told
me 5 days ago they would get back to me. They have yet to do so. I have seen this issue coming up with the Preview Program which I am not a member of. Could someone please help.

Game download issues

I recently purchased an Xbox one elite and got a code to download Forza Horizon 2. I typed in the code and got a message saying something went wrong and at the bottom it says: purchase-entitlement-1025 followed by: 40250e12-d8d9-48c4-a7d2-a39dca960328 .
I then went and tried to down load assassins creed 4 black flag and got a similar message. I've tried to chat with someone but so far have been unable to get any help.

 

Bought game, download issues

I just purchased Red Dead Redemption off of the Xbox Live Marketplace. The first attempt to download it, it reached 80% and then a pop-up notification at the bottom said "Download failed". I attempted to download it again, and it got to 80%, but this time
it said "Download complete". I went to play the game, and after a few seconds of black screen, a message popped up saying the game could not be played, with the only suggestions being to re-download the game and contact Xbox support. So here I am. I've recently
re-downloaded a few different games I've purchased, as I reformatted my HD, and they all work just fine. Please help.

Try some of the solutions proposed an keep us posted.

 

Guess I wasnt clear with the word download. These are digital games.

 

What steps did you try with Support? Letting us know what you've already done would be helpful for us.

For now, even if you've already tried to do so, cancel all your pending and paused downloads completely, then power cycle the console (support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console)
and see if that allows you to install any of the games from your Ready to Install list.

 

I have power cycled multiple times in every way possible. I've done a full factory reset. I've done an offline manual update. I've tried different networks. I've tried downloading to intereal and external. I'm sure theirs more I'm not thinking of.

 

So I've been officially told to wait for the next update or I have to send in my xbox. Only the games mentioned above won't download. The rest of my xbox works perfectly. Could someone please advise.

 

Next update? That sounds like a cop out from whomever you were speaking with. You mentioned you *weren't* part of Preview, right?

My only thought is it has something to do with a storage device. Can you disconnect the external, clear space on the internal and then select one of the problematic downloads and try again? I would suggest power cycling (for the umpteenth time...) after
cancelling pending downloads and deleting installed games and before you try downloading to the emptier internal drive.

Actually that was my third time contacting support at which point they gave me a manager. That was what the manager told me. I don't want to send my console in. The other option was to pay 15 bucks for them to send me one first. And I'm sorry to say I've
done what you described after a factory reset without plugging in my external. Tried to download to the internal. Same results.
