Game download disappearing after finishing

Over the past two days, I’ve downloaded/installed Call of Duty: Cold War four different times. Every time the download finishes, the game disappears and does not show up in My Games and Apps. In fact, it shows back up in my Ready to Install games. I have over 4.5 TB of space, and have watched the download finish four different times and this is becoming extremely frustrating. The game is over a 100 GB in space, so having to wait a few hours for it to download only to find that it has disappeared is becoming a pain. Please help, how do I fix this?

Please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again: http://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

To see if that will help anything, However, if the issue persist. I believe your console will need reset in order to refresh the system.

For me it started download, now it wont finish. It just disappears from the active downloads. This is very frustrating!

lol.. i already did it.. with a USB Stick ( 8gb) . When the Download finished, The game was in the menu like 1 second and disappeared. Then when i looked in the memory mananager, "Game broken".

To clarify, the game install and download didn't finish installing it froze up everything. I had to hold to power button to restart it. Then the external hard drive disappeared and the issues started.

Just so you know, After I downloaded HALO 3 as the free game, The advertising disappeared on its own.
