Game dosn't launch

Hi, so i borrowed Return to Arkham from a place in my town where you can borrow games. I downloaded Arkham City to my

Xbox One S and could play for a couple of hours while it was downloading, then i went to sleep. When i woke up the next morning the game was fully downloaded but it wouldn't launch. It just shows the image of a white batman with
blood and then it returns to the home page. I've searched around a lot and the only thing that seems to work is a factory reset which i feel is a bit of a drastic measure as i only borrowed the game for a week. I wondered if there's anything easier i could
try?

Games with gold doesn't launch anymore

Hi,

I've downloaded many games with Gold (free game of the month). It used to work fine, but recently I cannot launch the games. Everytime, I get this message "Looks like you need to renew a membership, such as EA access or Xbox Live Gold (0x803f8003).

But I do have Gold. I share my console with my roommate who has gold. It has been always like this and we never had the problem.

Also, when he tried to launch the game on his own console, he gets the same error message.

However, if I sign in to his account on my console, I can play. Then I can sign out and switch to my profile and continue to play.

This problem occurs with game such as Rayman, AC Black Flag and TWD Tales game. All games I downloaded for free with gold.

Anyone had this problem and knows how to fix it?

Downloading Digital Games Before Release

Pre-loading simply means downloading the game before launch but the game doesn't activate until the launch date.

 

Try to delete the game, restart the console and download the game again

 

Or a power cycle by holding power button for 10 seconds until the console turns off, unplug for 10 seconds and then plug it back in and fire it up.
