Game doesn’t show video when launched

Hello,

when you launch a game, something pops up saying syncing data, can you see it? Or for some reason it doesn’t show up?

That’s what I thought but when I go direct to the game it asks to manage the subscription and takes me the settings and doesn’t launch the game at all.

It doesn’t show the permanent ban thing on the enforcement website.It only shows it when I log in my account on my game

I’ve been doing that multiple times. It only shows me to click on ‘clear reserved space’ but it doesn’t go away. It always comes back the next time I launch the game. It’s not even giving me the option to delete.
