Game does not save progress

I'm encountering a problem where the game does not save my progress. I've made it half way through the Forlorn Ruins and I was experiencing a problem where I wasn't able to jump on one of the floating blocks because I kept falling through it like it wasn't
there. So I quit the game and restarted and it reset my progress back to 17%. My achievements are still listed up to "Obtaining Clarity: Cleared the Misty Woods" but the start game screen places me all the way back before I entered the Ginso Tree. I stopped
by the wells to save my progress at multiple occasions and received confirmation messages that my game had been saved. But for some reason it is reverting back to the first time I saved my game.

And there's no Save option in the pause menu.

Is anyone else experiencing a problem like this?

Quantum break act 2

If you start a new save game, does it not progress past act 2?

I've played through the game no problem, so it doesn't effect everyone.

 

Forza Horizon 3, Not working

Does it save your progress on the game if you delete then reinstal

 

Happened to me. Interestingly I was also reverted back to Misty Woods.

 

It happened to me too. Nervous to play through again...
