    When i view a person's profile, the game im playing at the time will disconnect from xbox live. I tried reloading my profile but it didnt work. Anbody else have this problem?

    X1 Desperate Help !!

    I'll start up a game and in about 5 minutes or so my controller disconnects. I've figured out that every time I see my controller disconnect, that live actually disconnects as well. Does anyone know how the controller and live are related? I need a fix desperately!! I never had the problem before only started about a month ago. Don't know why I'm getting disconnected from live

    Try disconnecting your console from LIVE and then starting the game.

    Game disconnecting from live

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
    the console.

    That's weird, and is not supposed to happen.

    If I were you, I totally try the steps that we have outlined on our site at "I'm getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live".

    Give that a read and let us know how it helped

    Sos I used 'disconnected from xbox live' instead of 'disconnected from game' ,all they we're talking about we're disconnecting from a scrabble game

    How do i delete updates ?

    Remove the game completely from your Hard Drive.

    Disconnect from LIVE.

    Re-install the disc while disconnected from LIVE.

    Can't play on LIVE or it will update... but that's how you can do it.

    With mine, id be playing Minecraft on a world with friends. And every so often, my xbox live would disconnect and therfore kick all from the game, disconnect me from the wifi. It may then reconnect itself.

    Now, my xbox profile keeps disconnecting from xbox live with any game or just on dashboard.

    Does the whole Xbox 360 disconnect from Xbox Live or just the game drops you to the menu?
