Game disappeared from my owned games on Xbox one?

1. Check if the games you previously purchased are associated with the account you are currently using. You can do this by signing in to your Microsoft account and visiting the following page: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

If you can see the games you previously purchased, try downloading them again.

2. If the games do not appear on the aforementioned page, you may be logged into a different account. Make sure you are logged in to the correct account and check if the games appear on the Purchasing Department page.

3. If games still don't appear, you may have lost access to them due to a technical issue. Therefore, if you want my personal opinion, it would be best to contact support.

I am having the same issue with two games I owned and not showing in my library. They disappeared after setting my new Xbox series x from having an Xbox one. All apps and store are fully updated.

My xbox 360 game disappeared on my Xbox one and told me I didn't own it. I checked my download history on the Xbox website and it said I owned it. I originally had it on the Xbox 360

Same problem here. Ive try every solution stated and now my game just disappear from my owned games.

Ye same here is very weird considering I own all the games. I have the digital receipts for them. I have also noticed a few games have gone missing from my library as of recent. I own every single one an I'm not sure why some are disappearing.
