    Game Didn't Save in ReCore


    My game progress didn't save and I lost several hours of progress in ReCore. I thought the game was supposed to autosave but I guess it just didn't for whatever reason. I saw that other people have had the same issues in the past but I thought I should ask
    here in case something has changed. Did I do something wrong? Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening again?

    Hi there,

    I've personally never played the game but I did get with Brad and asked for clarification and he was referring to ways you can force the autosave and not necessarily choose an option to save because unfortunately there isn't one from the research that I
    did. Although, as mentioned there are ways to force an auto save and maybe even do it twice to make sure the auto save feature of the game is working as intended.

    This
    reddit thread     mentions that going in and out of dungeons or doors into other rooms will force the auto save and sitting at your work bench and then getting up should also force a save. Also I found site that explains different ways you can save in the game.

    Hello Metal,

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. You haven't done anything wrong. Personally had this happen to me also. What I do is save it often. There is an option to save yourself. This will prevent it from auto saving failing. Now if mine fails
    I usually only miss a little running or start a big fight again.

    Saves got corrupted and Deleted after a Windows format, how do I restore them?

    same issue with my Recore save file but I didn't format. I just boot up my pc and went straight to the game to find out that my saved file was deleted.
