Game cuts out at end of match - rewards not received

Discus and support Game cuts out at end of match - rewards not received in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i have run into an issue whereby at the end of some of my matches the game will cut out so i do not receive any rewards or experience points.     Game cuts out at end of match - rewards not received


    i have run into an issue whereby at the end of some of my matches the game will cut out so i do not receive any rewards or experience points. Sometimes it is a lost connection, sometimes the game just shuts down. i cannot see a pattern inwhen it happens.

    I completed the xbox game pass quest/riddle for January however I have not received my rewards. I was told all the rewards were given out by the end of February .

    My friend and I have had a couple games just.... end. Saves the stats but doesnt count the match and just sort of cuts out in the middle of the match.

    Did you make sure that you are on the most recent version of Bingo? You can find your game version by loading the Charms bar in-game and checking under Settings -> About.
