Game crashing/audio cutting out

Hello,

First time posting here. I've had an Xbox one S for a few years and everything has been working fine until about 1-2 weeks ago where I will be playing multiple games and experiencing several issues. For example, on fortnite, at any random point, the game
will freeze and kick me back to the Xbox hole screen. Sometimes I can't even load up the game without having it kick me back out. Another issue is on COD warzone where I will be in the middle of a gunfight and my audio will go away. I can still hear the sound
of any nearby vehicles in the game, and a very muzzles sound of weapons being fired, but nothing else such as footsteps, doors opening, explosions. I've tried uninstalling the games, clearing my cache, and performing a reset on the Xbox but nothing seems to
take care of the issue. Has anyone else experienced something like this and what was your solution? Maybe it's an internal piece that is going bad?

So basically they fix it I have to uninstall everything and start from scratch way to go Microsoft -_-

It may be a hardware issue, but I would first try to perform a factory reset on the unit.

I had something like this tonight actually. Playing the new war face game, the audio completely cut out during a match. I couldn’t hear footsteps, gun fire, even ambient noises. The best things I can recommend for this, regardless of the game, is delete
and reinstall the game, hard reset of the system, and make sure the system is fully updated.

Hello again, right, if it's or Bluetooth is using the original Microsoft headsets or some third party, if it's some third party it might be something on the signal emission basis.

It’s through a headset, but it’s not the headset that’s not working. I have it connected to Bluetooth so I can hear what’s on my phone and I can hear all of that just fine. The reset wasn’t a full one, it kept all the games and all I had to do was sync them back up
